Customer Issues
We are sorry to hear you are having trouble! Please send us an email to
support@dinelocal.at and one of
our team will be happy to help out! Please provide as much detail as possible
to help us help you quickly.
We hope it isn't major! Unfortunately the Dine Local platform provides only the
connection between you and the restaurant to place your orders. If you have an issue with
an order you should first contact the restaurant (you can find their phone number on your
order at My Orders. If your issues
remain unresolved, please send us an email to support@dinelocal.at
and we will do what we can to help out.
We're here to help! Please keep in mind that your Dine Local order goes directly to the restaurant,
so please try to contact the restaurant first. For issues that are not urgent please
use our email support for anything that isn't urgent. But if you need to speak to someone
right away we're here! Please call us at 289-438-8061 and we
are happy to help!
Restaurant Owners
While we have designed Dine Local to be very easy to use, we know that we haven't thought of everything! If the initial documents we provided you aren't clear or you need additional help, please start by checking our Wiki and Documentation for using the platform.

It is our hope that most order issues can be resolved
directly between our restaurant partners and the customer. If you have an issue with a particular order,
which might include:
- Technical issues with the order.
- Payment issues or tracking.
- Delivery issues with a Dine Local provided delivery.
- Trouble viewing or displaying an order.
- Trouble identifying a customer or customer information.
- Order Date
- Order Number
- The details of the issue or problem
- Your name and contact number
