Dine Local provides the online ordering platform and facilitates online payments for our local restaurants, depending on the restaurant. Orders are placed directly to the restaurants and payments flow directly to the restaurant. While we are happy to help with any issues with your orders and will work closely with the restaurants if there are any problems.
Payments are made either securely through our payment providers or in person in cash or using the restaurant point-of-sale terminal depending on the restaurant. We support Stripe payments which go directly to the restaurant. Dine Local takes no part in the payments process other than providing the platform and linking the restaurant's preferred payment gateway to their order page.
Your information is shared only with the restaurants you order from to support fulfilment of your order. Your information will never be shared or sold or used in any other way without your permissions. By registering as a customer on Dine Local you agree to receive our periodic email communication about specials and new offers. You can easily unsubscribe from those messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
At the end of the day, our mission is to support our local restaurants and to make it easy for you to discover and order from them. We will always be guided by that mission in every interaction with you and our restaurant partners in hopes of building a stronger restaurant industry together.
