Baco Noir is grown almost exclusively in Canada, and Henry of Pelham is home to some of the very best. This wine is big and wants big meaty dishes. Did someone say "Tomahawk"?

Medium deep ruby red colour, smoky oak, fig and cassis, hints of dark chocolate and berry jam; dry, medium bodied.

Red burgundy in colour with aromas of black cherry and creamy vanilla, followed by blueberry, blackberry, cherry cola, and grilled meat. On the palate this Cabernet Sauvignon is seamless and elegant with silky tannins, intense flavours of cherry and floral notes, and a hint of burnt sugar and roasted nuts.

Fine aromas of sautéed apples, lemon custard and notes of white flowers. In the mouth it has a delicate mousse that unfolds slowly across your tongue. It is fresh and enticing.  Pair this with any of our Nashville Chicken dishes and you won’t be disappointed. Served by the glass for dine-in service.

Perfumed and round with great expressions of berry. Spends 24 months on the lees. Served by the glass for dine-in service.

Approachable notes of strawberry, rose petals, red berries, peach. Crisp finish. Pair with any of our fish dishes or sip on it's own. Served by the glass for dine-in service.

With a pale pink colour and copper rim, it starts off with floral and fruity aromas of rose petals, jasmine, and honeydew melon. To taste, this dry wine has quenching acidity, followed by flavours of strawberries, cantaloupe, and rose water, with a long mineral finish. Served by the glass for dine-in service.

Strawberry, raspberry, peach and lime on the nose with sutle floral notes. Clean, crisp and dry finish. Served by the glass for dine-in service.

Straw colour with fine bubbles. Brioche, floral and nutty aromas with citric notes. Lively acidic finish.

Quite a bit of evolution on the nose. Tense and well balanced with real creamy character. Love the tight bead. Really appetizing and energetic. Refined.

This elegant and refreshing Chardonnay bursts with bright flavours and aromas of fresh-picked pear, juicy fuji apple, lemon zest, and graham cracker. A creamy mouthful greets a touch of minerality on the long, crisp finish. Seven months in French Oak. Served by the glass for dine-in service.

Pale straw colour, waxy, citrus, candy, herbs and cantaloupe aromas; dry, medium bodied with nutty, citrus fruit, and melon flavours; fresh, clean finish.

Notes of nectarines, guava, passionfruit, poached pear and some citrus. Great length and lemon balm and mineral on the finish. Served by the glass for dine-in service.

Dry & Fruity, finely balanced with notes of toasted bread. A great wine with soups or Charcuterie or just to sip on.

Green apple, pear, & lemon with soft honeycomb and floral notes. This Chardonnay has spent some time in French oak.
