Sweet Chimneys
Sweet yeast dough that is made and prepared fresh daily and multiple times throughout the day. Once the dough ready, we hand roll the dough out into ribbons and wrap them around specialized baking dowels, dust them with sugar and then they are placed into our specialty rotisserie style ovens where they bake until golden brown. The melting sugar on the outside creates a beautifully light crunch while the inside dough is light and fluffy. Just pick your outside topping, find the end and the chimney will unravel!

Savoury Chimneys
Our classic dough mix that is prepared and made multiple times throughout each day. Once the dough is proofed, we hand roll them onto specialized baking dowels then roll them again in the cheesy, savoury toppings you see below! They are then placed into our specialized ovens and bake until they are golden brown when all the cheese melts! These are perfect on their own and great with one of our house-made dipping sauces!
Chimney Sandwiches
We take our freshly baked Aged Cheddar Chimney, cut it open, and then fill it with the freshest local produce, Swiss cheese, our house-made Hungarian mayo, and in-house sliced meats for a sandwich experience like no other! Find out why it’s a fan favorite!
